About Kee Meng Yeo
Based in Michigan, Kee Meng Yeo guides Amway’s global talent management functions as vice president. His responsibilities span leadership development and succession, as well as performance management. Kee Meng Yeo is tasked with managing the Learning Center and the Career Resources Center, and he oversees the Global Employee Opinion Survey. He also handles international matters such as global mobility, inclusion, and diversity.
With an international background, Mr. Yeo has lived and worked in a number of countries over the years. He was the director of human resources with Monsanto in Singapore during the early 1990s and had a variety of responsibilities spanning the Asia-Pacific region. Following the firm’s acquisition by Pharmacia & Upjohn, Mr. Yeo took on a marketing-focused position as the director of strategic alliances. He guided relationships that transcended the Pfizer and Searle/Pharmacia’s marketing departments for products such as the COX-2 painkiller, Celebrex.
Mr. Yeo’s experience includes a tenure with Johnson & Johnson, during which he guided the launch of the firm’s first worldwide virtual corporate university. He currently serves on the boards of Davenport University's Maine School of Business and Steven Institute's WebCampus.Education
